Still inspiring half a decade later...Anyone who's seen my magic routine will see I have a deep love of coin magic. Sure, I love cards and prop magic as much as the next person, but nothing brings the light in a child's eyes more than realizing they've "bent" a penny or watching half-dollars be plucked endlessly from the air in "The Miser's Dream".
I wanted to take a moment and honor one of the great coin magicians, J.B. Bobo and his inspirational book, "Modern Coin Magic". Written back in the 50's, it's tricks still amaze today. Last year a set of videos were released illustrating some of his best illusions.
If you're serious about pursuing magic, I cannot highly enough recommend "Modern Coin Magic"!
